Week 2- Buzzing with Energy

Through great communication, we were able to brainstorm the key sections of research to be able to understand how the honey industry is flourishing. This was generated through an affinity diagram as seen below. Through the past week, we have begun designing our website for our project - Manuka honey beverages. A public email, sweetbeemassey@gmail.com was created for our company.

Angela: In charge of researching the current demands for Manuka honey and the current situation within the New Zealand apiculture industry including the economic, environmental and social factors of the industry.

Clarissa: Research the process and challenges of honey production, from bee to bottle.

Ruby: The components of Manuka honey including nutritional value, health benefits, regulations and quality of Manuka honey.
